Basic Salary: Up to £25,500
OTE: £33,000+

A very well established, highly reviewed, and corporate estate agency is searching for a talented Senior Sales Negotiator

* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency is required

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
• Liaising directly with vendors and buyers
• Negotiations
• Sales progression
• Arranging market appraisal appointments
• Working to and achieving set targets
• General Sales Administration

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property sales negotiation, preferably within the estate agency industry.
• Comfortable with Social Media
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Hours?:

• Saturday on a rota basis (1 in 3, with a day off in lieu)

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Additional holiday increased with length of service
