Salary - £25,000 - OTE £55,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance £4,000

Full licence and own car required

Hours: 5-day week - Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday - 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 year’s experience who has ideally worked within the London/Greater London area to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. If you are well presented, always going above and beyond with a fantastic attitude this is an unmissable opportunity to work within a great estate agency.

The successful applicant will be:

• Generating new business
• Arranging and attending valuations
• Winning instructions
• Negotiating with vendors and buyers
• Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
• Assist in Leading a team of negotiators
• Setting targets
• Setting and exceeding own targets
• Building and growing the team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively managing a team
• Always motivated and enthusiastic
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence
