Role: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Hyde Park
Basic Salary: up to £25,000 + 10% Uncapped Commission + £250 Car Allowance
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 9am-6pm | Fri: 9am-5:30pm | Every other Sat: 9:30am-1pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct viewings and provide insightful advice to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers to achieve successful sales for both parties.
• Book and conduct valuations where needed.
• Manage your diary and pipeline to maximise sales opportunities.
• Pro-actively generate new business through networking and lead follow-ups.
• Support the Branch Manager and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months' experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the local Hyde Park/ Central London market.
• A confident communicator with a client-first approach.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is ideal.
