Senior Sales Negotiator - Cheam

Basic Salary - £18,000 + car allowance - £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator with a great personality to join a busy team in the great location of Cheam.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiation skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As an experienced member of the team, you will have all the usual responsibilities including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

The successful applicant will be:

• Generating new business
• Arranging and attending valuations
• Winning instructions
• Negotiating with vendors and buyers
• Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
• Assist in Leading a team of negotiators
• Setting targets
• Setting and exceeding own targets
• Building and growing the team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively managing a team
• Always be motivated and enthusiastic
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence
