Senior Sales Negotiator

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Skilfully negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers
• Lead property viewings with professionalism, converting interest into successful sales through exceptional service
• Register and qualify prospective buyers, identifying their preferences to match them with suitable homes
• Proactively market new listings, ensuring maximum exposure across relevant channels
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of the local property market to guide clients confidently
• Deliver precise market valuations for sellers, backed by current data and comparable sales insights

What's on offer:

• Basic salary upto £27,000
• OTE £50,000 - £55,000 (realistic)

• 5-day working week.

Requirements for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
• Able to work full time.
• Clean drivers licence and own car (mileage will be covered)
• Previous experience doing valuations would be desired but not essential.
