Senior Sales Negotiator – St Albans
Salary: £24,000 – £27,500 (DOE)
OTE: £45,000 (realistic)
Car Allowance: Mileage paid
Hours: Full-time, including Saturdays with day off in lieu

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through their journey with care, honesty, and professionalism. You’ll thrive in a supportive, close-knit team and enjoy being a trusted voice in your clients’ biggest decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Provide honest feedback to clients and applicants
• Negotiate offers with clarity and fairness
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet collective targets
• Maintain accurate records and support the sales process from start to finish
• Search our New Business Opportunities
• Conduct Market Appraisals (DOE)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of estate agency experience (essential)
• A warm, personable approach with excellent communication skills
• A strong desire to succeed, yet a team player who supports others
• Someone who values honesty, fairness and integrity
• A professional who wants longevity in their career with an agency that will grow with them
