Role Overview:

As an experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving sales and fostering lasting client relationships. Your primary goal will be to act as the one point of contact dealing with the sale from start to finish including valuations and to match buyers with their dream properties while maximizing revenue for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within South-west or Central London's diverse property market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Conduct viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and finesse.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with our dynamic team to achieve collective goals and surpass targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of demonstrable success as a Sales Negotiator within South-west or Central London.
Ideally in one of the following areas: Putney, Wandsworth, Earlsfield, Battersea, Chelsea, Earls Court, South Kensington, Chiswick, Barnes or Fulham.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing dynamics.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving excellence.
