Basic Salary: £23,000
Realistic OTE: £40,000
Fuel Allowance: £100 per month
5-day working week (including Saturdays, with Wednesdays off)

Our client, a respected independent estate agency in Orpington, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established office with excellent market presence and strong lead generation.

You’ll need to be an energetic and experienced negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping buyers and sellers move forward in their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying new buyers
• Arranging and conducting viewings with professionalism and energy
• Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to successful completion
• Assisting with market appraisals where required
• Supporting junior staff and sharing your knowledge
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and clients to manage sales progression
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication throughout

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong knowledge of the property sales process
• Confident communication with clients and applicants alike
• Positive, professional and highly motivated attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (fuel allowance provided)
