Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking for a Senior Negotiator to join their successful Gravesend branch. This role would suit either a Negotiator ready to step up into listing or an experienced Senior Negotiator seeking a new challenge.

• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing excellent communication and care.

• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and achieve sales targets.

• Confidently book valuations and generate new instructions.

• Promote financial services and solicitors to benefit clients and drive branch income.

• Use CRM systems, portals, and digital tools to engage clients and enhance results.

• Work as part of a motivated, collaborative team focused on growth and performance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to negotiate and hit targets.

• Confident IT and CRM skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Organised, punctual, and results-driven.

• Ambitious, proactive, and innovative.

• Basic salary: £22,500 - £25,000

• OTE: £35,000 - £50,000 (commission on a pooled basis)

• Additional uncapped earnings available on top of OTE:

• Mortgage appointments (£35 voucher each)

• Solicitor referrals (£50 voucher each)

• Property referrals (£100 each)

• 5-star Google reviews (£10 each)

Staff currently earn up to an extra £10,000 per year through these incentives.
