Senior Sales Negotiator - Guildford | £55k-£60k OTE | Basic Negotiable

A top-performing, independently owned estate agency with a £2m+ Guildford office is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-achieving team.

This is a high-volume branch completing 15-20 deals per month, offering a strong platform for ambitious Negotiators to earn well and grow within a respected, well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing applicant registrations, conducting viewings, and converting enquiries into offers

• Negotiating sales and progressing deals through to successful completion

• Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors

• Working collaboratively to meet and exceed individual and team targets

• Maintaining a strong presence and knowledge of the Guildford market

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within a busy, target-driven office

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Confidence managing volume while delivering premium service

• Ambitious, team-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed

• Solid understanding of the local property market in and around Guildford
