Job Description - Senior Sales Negotiator Morden

? Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
?? Location: Morden, London
?? Full-Time | £28,000 Basic + OTE £55,000 + Car Allowance

Are you a driven, experienced property professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing team in Morden.
With a strong presence in the local market and a reputation for delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your expertise and results will be truly valued.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Managing and growing a portfolio of residential property listings
Conducting viewings, valuations, and market appraisals
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Progressing sales through to completion
Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a high level of customer service
Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators where needed
Actively generating new business opportunities

?? About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Local knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas preferred
A proactive, positive and professional approach
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
