Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Benefits 

• £26,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus commission, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE DOE
• Parking on site 
• Support with further qualifications

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Duties: 

• Booking and carrying out valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression 
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers 
• Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team 
• Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets 
• Registering applicants and attending viewings 
• Negotiating offers
• Supporting with sales progression when required

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Experience Needed 

• Previous experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months required
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
• You will be a confident valuer, or have acted as a branch reserve valuer looking to build up your knowledge
• You will have ambitions to reach managerial level
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems 
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key 
• You will be well spoken and well presented 
• You will be target driven and ambitious 
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance 
• Driving licence and own vehicle is required
