Job role Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager:

* Supporting the Branch Manager

* Conducting Market Appraisals and converting to Listings

* Negotiating offers and progressing the sales to completion

* Arranging and carrying out viewings

* Generating new business opportunities and building new relationships within the local community through marketing and networking

* Assisting with mentoring and development of team members

* Drive overall performance, branch profitability and market share

* Maintaining accurate records

Ideal Candidate:

* 2 years of Estate Agency experience

* Valuation/Listing experience

* Confident, professional and commercially driven

* Driven and self-motivated

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

* Full UK Driving Licence and own car

Salary:

£30,000 pa depending on experience

Generous uncapped commission

Hours:

Monday – Friday

Saturdays on a rota basis (One Saturday every two weeks)
