Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Salary: £25k - £30k DOE + OTE + Company benefits

Location: Hove

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 17.30pm (Sat 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu - 2 Saturdays maximum per month).

Must hold a full UK driving licence - own transport preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new instructions through valuations and business development
• Book and conduct property viewings and valuations
• Negotiate and agree sales terms with vendors and buyers
• Coordinate advertising to ensure effective marketing
• Manage your own sales pipeline from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with solicitors and clients to progress sales smoothly
• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
• Collaborate with the wider team, including lettings and marketing
• Take an active role in sales campaigns, client callouts, and mailings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales, ideally within Brighton and Hove
• Strong valuation experience with a record of winning new business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and highly organised
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Solid understanding of current property sales legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
