Senior Sales Valuer

Due to expansion, our client, a market-leading independent estate agency, is currently seeking a Senior Sales Valuer to cover the West Ipswich and Mid Suffolk areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Valuer who is looking to progress their career with a well-established, market-leading agency.

As a Senior Sales Valuer your key duties of this role will be to generate valuation leads, attend property valuations, and secure new instructions, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Every other Saturday (a day off in lieu of every Saturday you work).

Senior Sales Valuer requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Property Listing
• Expert local knowledge
• Highly driven and motivated
• Well presented with a confident manner
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
