Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Delivery Lead – Manchester, Hybrid – Contract (6+ months) - Outside IR35
Not a “manage from the sidelines” project management role, and not programme management either.
A Manchester-based business is partway through a migration onto Salesforce. Around 250 users are already across, and they need someone in for the next 6+ months to get the rest over the line.
What you’ll be doing:

Testing and running UAT as each phase comes through
*
Configuring Salesforce yourself: Flows, objects, permissions, reporting
*
Migrating data and checking it lands correctly
*
Leading delivery of the remaining rollout
*
Supporting each go-live and running hypercare afterwards
What matters:
*
Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, ideally as a functional consultant
*
Data migration on a phased rollout, with users moving in waves
*
Go-live and hypercare experience
*
Experience leading delivery or running a workstream on a Salesforce implementation
*
Someone who gets stuck in and runs with it independently
Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in Manchester.
