Job Description - Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer
Cardiff 2x a week
Permanent

This Cardiff-based client is home to a dynamic and expanding software business that delivers analytical and management tools to organisations across both public and private sectors.
With a growing need for enhanced integration capabilities and faster deployment of updates, our client is expanding the salesforce development team.

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to play a pivotal role in building custom enhancements, developing and supporting integrations, and resolving critical issues for clients. This position is crucial for ensuring clients maximize the value of the platform without compromising on quality or compliance.

Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong stakeholder management and personal skills - the developer who fills this position will be the right-hand person to the Dev Manager so this role needs someone who has great people skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex,Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues and debugging across complex orgs.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST & SOAP).
  • Comfortable leading technical workshops and training sessions with end-users.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Able to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
