I'm working with a specialist bank and lender, purpose built for the dynamics of the modern world. Their focus is on delivering smart, flexible finance to the UKs SMEs and property investors. From asset based lending and commercial loans to property finance, we provide tailored financial solutions that help their clients grow. They also support wealth management firms and specialist lenders with funding that unlocks potential.

Following a recent acquisition, they are integrating a salesforce platform at the heart of their operation sand are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join the CTO team on this exciting journey .

ROLE DETAILS:

This is more than just a Salesforce Development role. You will play a key part in transforming how the business operates as a fintech bank, using modern tools and agile methodologies to build systems that are scalable, efficient and truly support their clients.

You'll work on the integration and enhancement of the Salesforce platform which supports end to end processes including credit checks, background checks, quote generation, and agreement monitoring. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring these systems are robust, secure, and future ready

DAILYS:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and other Force.com technologies
• Support and integration of third party services using REST, SOAP and JSON APIs
• Advocate for clean, well documented and testable code with a strong emphasis on product delivery.
• Collaborate cross functionality with engineering, product and business teams to improve systems and processes.
• Manage system administration, including user set up, security controls and platform configuration.

KEY EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience developing on the Salesforce Force.com platform
• Deep understanding on Apex, LWC, SOQL and unit test practices
• Experience with web testing and integration using REST, SOAP and JSON
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administration: user management, security models, and system configuration.
• Experience working in Agile teams, ideally within Fintech, banking or financial services

This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your domain experience in financial services and offers a salary of between 80-100k per annum with a hybrid working culture, usually 3 days a week in the office.
