The Role

As an integral part of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway, you will be responsible for:
Providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team
Delivering peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite
Ensuring excellent care is provided to all patients throughout the surgical process
What Youll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Registration as a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
Current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
Experience working in a busy high-turnover theatre, either in the NHS or private hospital
Desirable: Scrubbing experience in an Ophthalmic theatre
