Senior / Semi-Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior / Semi-Senior Accountant to join a growing firm based in Spalding.

This is a great opportunity if you're looking to take on more client responsibility and mentor junior members of the team, all while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
• Handling Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns
• Using cloud accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero - training provided if needed)
• Dealing with client queries and providing advice when needed
• Supporting and mentoring trainees in the team

What they’re looking for:

• Someone who’s AAT qualified with practice experience
• Ideally studying or interested in studying ACCA or ACA
• Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• A genuine interest in supporting clients and helping others develop
