With a bold approach, we aim to make our clients go beyond their expectations.Role DescriptionYou will have years of experience writing compelling quality content that aligns with SEO and content marketing strategies, and the technical SEO knowledge to make those pages rank across search engines.You keep up to date with SEO developments and trends and love to apply those learnings to help clients’ websites, and are able to use site crawlers and SEO tools to spot errors to recommend actions to increase search engine visibility.This is a hybrid position where you can work from home for four days and come into our central London office once a week (or more days if you prefer). This is a great opportunity to use your skills to grow the agency and be part of, and benefit from that that growth.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.• Conduct thorough SEO audits for client websites, identifying areas of improvement and recommend effective solutions.• Audit and optimise existing client content and if needed produce new optimised copy to improve the visibility to target relevant audiences.• Be aware of how and when to repurpose that content to offsite channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and X.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies promptly and efficiently.• Provide detailed analytics and performance reports to clients and senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic plans.• Manage client communications, presenting strategies, and results while building strong, professional relationships through exceptional service.• Ability to plan a roadmap, and create and optimise content for search engines while maintaining high quality and relevance.• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities with sound grammar and spelling.• Attending key internal & client-facing meetings and positioning yourself as one of our agency authorities, translating meeting outcomes into actionable next steps• Being part of successful pitch/RFP responses and regular new business activity• Organise and conduct regular client meetings, and performance reviews and provide strategic recommendationsRequirements:• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO & Content with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution.• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods and Google’s focus on EEAT and Quality.• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Looker Studio).• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, strategically, and creatively.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasising client management and building relationships.• Experience managing and prioritising multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.• Location: Central London (so an easy commute is required).Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website administration.• Experience in client-facing roles within a digital agency.• Experience with various CMSs – Shopify, WordPress, BigCommerce etc.• Experience of out-reach and link building strategies to increase brand visibility and rank.Benefits:• 25 days of paid annual leave.• Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.• Flexible working hours with remote work options - 1 day office based at least per week.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a CV to [email protected].
