Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join a dynamic and customer-focused dealership team, delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for service customers - face-to-face, via phone, and email
• Managing service bookings and workshop loading
• Providing accurate estimates, upselling additional services where appropriate
• Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated throughout
• Handling service administration and invoicing
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or busy independent garage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and organised approach with attention to detail
• Confident using dealership systems (experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar is a bonus)
• A team player who thrives under pressure
