Bookings, customer updates, workshop chasing, invoices, repeat.

This one's a little different.

Holt Recruitment are working with a Premium Main Dealership in Worthing looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can do more than keep the service desk ticking over.

It's a smaller operation, with four workshop ramps, a close-knit team and no dedicated Workshop Controller.

Which means they're looking for someone who can take ownership rather than wait for somebody else to make a decision.

£30,000-£31,000 basic, with realistic earnings of £36,000-£43,000+.
£500 monthly labour bonus when the department hits target, plus service plan commission.

Who are they looking for?

Someone who's been around a busy Main Dealership and understands what happens when the workshop starts falling behind.
You'll need to be comfortable managing WIP, organising work, supporting technicians and keeping customers informed.

Experience with Power RTC would be useful, although strong experience with similar systems is absolutely worth considering.

It's for someone who wants more ownership, a genuine step towards management and the earnings to reflect it.
