Your new role
The Service Charge Accountant will be an integral member of the Finance team, responsible for handling the financial tasks related to the management of estates and buildings, ensuring the smooth daily operation of these assets. This role will also ensure that the managed properties present a positive image, reflecting well on both the clients and the company's brand, while prioritising the delivery of exceptional property financial services.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with experience in Property Finance, ideally with at least 3 years in the field. A solid intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel is required, along with the ability to accurately post double-entry journals. Experience with property management systems and software is also essential, with proficiency in Yardi Voyager being a key requirement.
