Senior Service Charge Accountant

• Annual Salary: £30k - £35k

• Reviewing and Supervising: Oversee team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Service Charge Accounts Preparation: Manage account preparations for various clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Take charge of reconciling clients’ accounts and cashbooks.
• Year-End Reports: Analyse and report on year-end expenditures.
• Filing Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate submissions to Companies House.
• Promotion and Innovation: Drive new initiatives to enhance client engagement and firm growth.

• 1-2 years' experience working within a Practice environment and Service Charge experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
