Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: ON site
Hours of work: 40 hours

Role information:
* Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
* Manage resources, materials and subcontractors, monitoring performance, productivity, costs and scope changes while supporting commercial reporting and programme delivery.
* Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead programmes, track progress against milestones and implement recovery plans where required.
* Supervise and support junior staff, providing leadership, workload management and technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensure all permits, inspections, test plans, temporary works and quality assurance processes are in place and compliant with legal, company and project standards.
* Maintain accurate project records, reports and documentation, promoting collaborative working and supporting continuous improvement across the project team.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Hands on experience - Essential
- Nuclear experience - Desirable

UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
