Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of major construction projects across the Central Belt. You'll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. You'll work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, while mentoring junior staff and driving a positive site culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to travel across various sites within the Central Belt
