Senior Site Manager

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a global leading water specialist contractor, on a permanent staff basis. This role will consist of working on a range of water treatment projects, in a site-based role in Kent.

-Competitive salary ranging from £60,000-£65,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure consideration for local communities and the travelling public during all works.

-Lead, manage, and mentor the site team, including supervision of subcontractors.

-Promote cost-effective resource use and maintain up-to-date programme schedules.

-Prepare, review, and brief method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation.

-Fulfil site management duties, including training, health & safety, quality, and environmental supervision.

What we are looking for:

-Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Site Management.

-Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).

-Minimum CSCS Site Manager card.

-Valid First Aid at Work certification.

-Proven experience within the Water Treatment industry.
