An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across South London.
Working on refurbishment, maintenance and new build schemes valued between £50,000 and £10 million, you'll take responsibility for managing projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The business operates across multiple sectors, delivering a varied and interesting workload with long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations.
*
Lead site teams and subcontractors.
*
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
*
Drive quality standards and manage snagging.
*
Chair site meetings and coordinate all stakeholders.
*
Maintain excellent client relationships.
*
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a UK main contractor.
*
Experience delivering refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
*
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and quality management.
