A well-established and highly regarded residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a premium housing development.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager looking to take ownership of a flagship project. You'll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring developments are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day site operations
Lead and motivate direct staff and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Maintain build quality and programme targets
Drive customer satisfaction and defect-free handovers
Manage site logistics, resources and project reportingWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience managing large-scale residential developments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering high-quality homes
Industry recognition such as NHBC Pride in the Job, Seal of Excellence, or similar is highly desirable
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
