The Role

As a Social Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Supporting individuals with their daily living activities.
Promoting independence, dignity, choice and respect.
Supporting individuals with personal care where required.
Assisting with meals, medication and appointments in line with care plans and training.
Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and their local community.
Building positive and trusting relationships with individuals and their families.
Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
