Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Location: West Midlands (1 day per week or 2 days per fortnight expenses covered)

Salary: Circa £50-60K+

Role:

I am partnering with an authentic sports & lifestyle brand on the lookout for a Senior Social Media Manager to play a role in shaping its social voice with serious global ambition at the heart of real-time engagement with fans around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create standout content that responds to the biggest sporting moments in real-time
• Increase brand reach and community engagement, with a strong focus on measurable results
• Work hands-on across video, copy, influencer content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Offer creative direction and end-to-end execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media for a D2C, lifestyle, or performance brand
• Genuine passion for sports (football, cricket, F1 etc.) - you know how to tap into the emotions of fans
• Strategic mindset with a get it done/think on your feet attitude
• Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where ambition drives everything
