💼 The Role

As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

Lead on complex statutory cases, including child protection and care proceedings
Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and reviews
Prepare court reports and represent the Local Authority in proceedings
Manage a diverse and challenging caseload
Drive evidence-informed, relationship-based practice
Work collaboratively across health, education, and partner agencies
Promote positive outcomes and safeguarding for vulnerable children and families

Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
