We're recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join a cross-functional platform team. This isn't just about building features, it's about shaping the future of a mission-critical system used by some of the world’s top enterprises.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead efforts to modernise a complex monolithic codebase into a scalable architecture.
• Get hands-on with legacy systems and greenfield development.
• Collaborate in agile sprints, taking ownership from planning to delivery.
• Mentor teammates, review code, and share knowledge across the team.

The successful Senior Software Engineer will have:

• 5–10 years' experience in software development, ideally across multiple domains.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and desktop application development on Windows (Win32 experience is a plus).
• Experience modernising legacy platforms and working within a platform team structure.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Qt, C#/.NET, or front-end tech like React/TypeScript.
