This role demands a deep understanding of software development principles, a passion for technology, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.Utilize frontend technologies such as HTMX, React, or Angular to create intuitive user interfaces.Develop backend services using Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.Implement object-oriented programming and test-driven development (TDD and BDD) practices.Apply agile software engineering practices to ensure iterative and incremental development.Experiment with and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Incorporate Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles in software architecture.Leverage modern software techniques including integration patterns, microservices, and containerization.Qualifications:BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of demonstrable experience in configuring and developing complex software solutions.HTMX/React/AngularPythonAWS or AzureDevOpsDeep understanding OOP / TDD / BDDSolid understanding of agile software engineering practices.Awareness of modern software techniques such as integration patterns, microservices, and containerization.Salary and Benefits:£75kDiscretionary Bonus8% PensionPrivate Health and Dental CareHybrid working modelApply direct or email [email protected]
