As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating the necessary functionality and tools, partnering with business analysts and technology architects to conceptualize, define, explore, and deliver a comprehensive technology solution.

Your expertise in agile development, behavior-driven development (BDD), DevOps toolchains, and cloud architectures will be essential to the success of this project.

By delivering a cutting-edge technology platform, the program will enable Investment Portfolio Managers to make more informed decisions, optimize performance, and enhance client outcomes. The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in bringing this vision to life by designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that seamlessly integration with IPM systems. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure seamless integration, enhancing efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technology solutions on AWS for the Investment Management Solutions program
Build seamless integrations between the third-party platform APIs and our wider technology ecosystem
Design and deliver a highly scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure architecture using cutting-edge open-source technologies and cloud services
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers
TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with product managers and scrum master's to define user stories and apply agile development best practices
Serve as a liaison to global, security, and infrastructure architecture teams
Provide technical expertise throughout the development process, from design to coding and cloud engineering
Identify and implement enhancements based on client needs
Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery
Manage stakeholders across various Technology and Business units
Act as a trusted advisor to the program

Required Skills and Experience:

Excellent experience as a full stack developer
Proficiency in modern web technologies such as NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Experience with DevOps toolchains such as Terraform, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms
Knowledge of scripting and configuration languages like Python and Maven
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Understanding of software design patterns and best practices
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, APIs, caching, and messaging
Proficiency in TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipeline best practices

Ability to develop highly performant, quality applications on the cloud
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban, and proficiency in agile project management tools
Passion for continuous learning and tackling complex challenges
Experience with behavior-driven testing frameworks and mocking tools (desirable)
