Are you a strong JavaScript developer who's ready to take the next step into leadership? We're working with an award-winning Colchester-based business that partners with household name global clients, and they're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help lead their talented dev team.

• Step into leadership - lead a team of 5 developers, mentor juniors, and get involved in sprint planning and architecture.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's been playing a key role in development teams - maybe already guiding juniors or contributing to planning - and now wants to take ownership and steer a small, sharp team.

You'll be working on complex systems, helping to shape architecture, and driving technical decisions. There's plenty of variety here - from backend APIs to frontend UI, R&D, and dev strategy. The environment is collaborative and forward-thinking - your voice will matter.
