Trusts and Tax Solicitor - 3 Years + PQE

My client operates across a wide spectrum of the legal landscape, but an immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trusts and Tax Solicitor to join the Private Client department on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will have 3+ years PQE as you will be reporting directly to the Head of Department to assist with an active caseload of trust settlement, trust administration and associated specialist tax advice. You will be an integral part of the Private Client team, delivering on agreed cases, identifying new opportunities and supporting the overall profile of the team.

You will be responsible for a broad and varied caseload, dealing with predominantly UHNW clients. Duties will include creating settlements, managing and administering trusts and providing specialist tax advice during the trust administration period. The majority of your role will be based around trusts and tax, but a sound knowledge of all private client areas will be expected.

From a salary perspective you’ll be looking at up to £60,000 DOE, with some flexibility for the best candidates. 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, 5% matched company pension come as standard along with a wide array of other fantastic benefits. There is flexibility for a 4:1 hybrid split and in terms of location, there is some flexibility, and this will discussed during our initial conversations, but rest-assured, any travel between offices will be paid.
