Role Overview: A growing law firm specialising in financial mis-selling claims is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to handle a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution. This full-time position, based in a modern office near Salford Quays tram stop, offers a unique blend of client-facing legal work and leadership responsibilities as the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). The role presents an excellent opportunity to oversee regulatory compliance while effectively managing client claims.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
Minimum 3 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Strong knowledge of SRA regulations and consumer protection law
Eligible and willing to take on the COLP role
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with case management systems, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and MS Office
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
Experience in compliance or risk oversight is desirable
