Description

• Design and develop bespoke logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and implementable.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of solution proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solution design projects.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovations within the transport and distribution industry.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all solution designs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members within the logistics department.

Profile

A successful Senior Solutions Design Manager should have:

• Extensive experience in logistics solutions design,or a related field.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful solutions in the warehousing sector.
• Experience leading small teams of logistics solutions specialists of varying levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for solution design (AutoCad, sketchup, or similar) .
• A degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, business, or a related discipline.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £80,000 to £85,000 per annum.
