We are looking to recruit a professional and passionate Senior Sommelier for this wonderful Michelin star Restaurant in London City. The ideal candidate will be working within the role from at least 2 years in 5 Star Property, 3AA or in Michelin Star Operation.

The Senior Sommelier will need to be able to advise guests according to their personal needs or taste, the food and wine pairing or finally the occasion.

While considering the clientele and the food served, the Senior Sommelier responsibilities also consist of:

·selecting wines, creating drink lists and managing stock

·must build and maintain a wine list fitting the within the operations’ standard & needs

·will also be in charge for training on wine and other beverages by conducting tastings

·able to pass on knowledge and train the other staff: the chef de rang and commis should provide a perfect practice ground

The successful candidate must be a very passionate person, who is charismatic and enjoys interacting with the members.The candidate must work under the health and safety regulation.
