Salary: £27,000 (Chef de Partie) | From £32,000 (Senior Sous Chef)

We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie and an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a well-established country house hotel and events venue near Preston.

Chef de Partie – £27,000

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own section, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, and supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie

Passion for quality ingredients and fresh food

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Senior Sous Chef – From £32,000

The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This role would suit a strong Sous Chef looking to step up or an experienced Senior Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef position

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in hotel, banqueting, or high-volume kitchens

Ability to support, train, and motivate junior team members

Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
