THE EVENT CATERER
A market-leading event catering specialist who specialises in delivering interactive and bespoke dining experiences. Event delivery across both the UK and Europe.

THE EVENT SENIOR SOUS CHEF
You will take a hands-on approach to running a busy bespoke event catering kitchen operation.

Working alongside the development chef on menu development, you will manage a brigade ensuring that food quality is maintained and produced in line with each event specification within a cross-section of London venues.

You will work closely with suppliers, and front and back-of-house teams whilst maintaining all food hygiene standards.

Working with the Managing Director to drive this high-end bespoke catering company forward.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

EVENT SENIOR SOUS CHEF SPECIFICATION
This is a role that requires a team player who has a detailed understanding of food trends, food safety and HACCPs.
You will be competent within managing financials and managing an expanding/contracting team.
You will also need to be creative and have a flare for creating new and exciting dishes for bespoke events.
Ability to work under pressure and take on significant responsibility.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional service standards.
Management skills for leading a large brigade of agency/full time chefs.
