Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on, skilled Senior Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead on the installation of complex or high-profile displays in the UK and abroad. You will be responsible for large scale, multi-stand projects including full preparation, logistics, quality assurance and client liaison.

What You’ll Do:

Actively support management team by contributing to planning, scheduling, and resource allocation 

Preparing all elements of an install ahead of build, including loading and unloading vans.

Ensure that all paperwork and processes and completed accurately.

Contribute to decision-making on-site and in warehouse 

Act as a primary source of Technical Knowledge for the team

Provide solutions to complex problems and suggest innovative solutions

Mentor, coach and upskill our T1 and T2 Technicians

Promote cross-department collaboration and communication

Undertake additional tasks and projects as required, applying skills and expertise where needed 

Key Responsibilities:

Represent company professionally to clients and venue staff

Identify and highlight potential risks or opportunities on site

Ensure technicians follow correct warehouse processes and maintain smooth workflow. 

Ensure van loading is accurate and items returning from Rips are packed and labelled correctly, so that equipment is complete, organised, and ready for future use.
