What You'll Be Doing:
As the Senior Stock Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Your daily focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. The ideal candidate must already be working within an inventory or stock role, ideally in fashion or FMCG and be able to commute to the site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
??? Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is always ready for our next drop
?? Oversee stock movement and integrity-your reports help keep our operations sleek and efficient
?? Perform regular stock counts and PI (perpetual inventory) to ensure data accuracy
?? Improve processes with smart stock control procedures and systems (experience with Peoplevox a plus!)
?? Coordinate with the warehouse team to support smooth order fulfillment
?? Analyse stock reports and highlight discrepancies or issues
?? Collaborate across departments to align stock levels with demand forecasts
? Uphold health and safety standards in line with warehouse regulations

What You'll Bring:
?? Previous experience in a Stock Controller or Inventory Management role
?? Confident working with inventory systems and warehouse software
?? An obsession for accuracy and a love for solving problems
?? A calm and methodical mindset, even when things get busy
?? Team spirit, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude
?? Physical readiness to assist with manual stock handling when needed
