Salary: £80,569 - £96,423

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most high-profile and complex local authorities. Finance and Procurement are undertaking a transformation of service, and as a result, two Senior Strategic Finance Partner roles are available.

1. Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence & Operations, you will lead the Advanced Analytics team in Business Intelligence. Providing strategic leadership and innovation, the post holder will develop and deliver financial insight through a product-led environment.
2. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Corporate Finance, you will have lead responsibility for the Council's Capital Investment Strategy, Housing Revenue Account and provide expert financial support to strategic projects. This role is instrumental to the successful delivery of £5.5bn of investment over the next ten years.

This position is subject to Standard Disclosure check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
