If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nThe role of the Strategic Partner manager will own the global relationship with one or two Global Strategic Partnerships / Alliances and lead any engagement with new partners to bring them into our eco ecosystem for Vodafone Business. \n\n * Build and drive the definition of the global partnership and partner go to market, and lead the global governance to support Vodafone Business success though the partnership.\n * Drive the implementation of the joint business group through a broad cross functional team: Including all Markets, Product Portfolio\u2019s, VBI, Technology VBPS, VPC and the supporting functions such as legal finance HR etc.\n * Build a consistent Go To Market strategy with the partner (s) and the Vodafone Opco / sales organisation so we can clearly identify the opportunity of the joint solution/s. Sales Enablement plans for the joint solution and account engagement strategy.\n * Be the lead person within the strategic partnerships team to lead proposition development with wider Product / marketing and local opcos across all partnerships. Especially focussed on SME activities.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\nDrive partnerships definition and set\u2011up\n\nInnovation \u0026 Ideation\n\n * Lead ideation, design\u2011thinking, and executive visioning workshops with Vodafone and partner leaders to define or refine partnership scopes.\n * Align with partner visions, innovation agendas, and product roadmaps to drive co\u2011creation opportunities and new commercial motions.\n * Consolidate joint areas of interest and facilitate prioritisation discussions to inform a shared business strategy.\n\n\n\nContractual Consolidation\n\n * Translate the joint business strategy into contractual frameworks and coordinate negotiation across Vodafone Business, VPC and partner stakeholders.\n * Ensure agreements include reciprocity where relevant and align with VBI strategic priorities.\n * Build contractual mechanisms that maximise partner value (incentives, GTM funds, discounts, first\u2011to\u2011market opportunities).\n\n\n\nGovernance \u0026 KPI Tracking\n\n * Establish governance to monitor revenue vs targets, partner programme tiering, funding deployment and ROI.\n * Track partner accreditations and resource requirements to maximise value and ensure compliance with critical certification needs.\n\n\n\n \nOngoing partnership governance \u0026 stakeholder management\n\n \nRelationship Management\n\n * Act as the primary point of contact for the partnership.\n * Maintain a clear stakeholder map across both organisations and lead C\u2011level engagement.\n * Build strong relationships with partner CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and sales leaders globally.\n * Safeguard high NPS in Voice of the Partner surveys.\n\n\n\nMeetings \u0026 Governance\n\n * Ensure regular executive interactions, including West Coast EBCs.\n * Lead quarterly business reviews and coordinate regular interlocks with Global Account Managers.\n * Define and embed cross\u2011BU best practices based on collaboration with functional teams and markets.\n\n\n\nEvents\n\n * Secure joint participation at relevant global events aligned with PR and communications strategy (e.g., MWC, Gartner).\n\n\n\nPartner Classification\n\n * Provide recommendations on partner tiering and strategic classification.\n\n\n\n \nDrive success with Vodafone Business teams\n\n \nGo\u2011to\u2011Market \u0026 Marketing\n\n * Allocate partner funding to GTM and marketing activities to maximise ROI and support launches and lead generation.\n * Develop joint GTM and marketing initiatives with internal teams to accelerate revenue.\n\n\n\nSales\n\n * Ensure a comprehensive sell\u2011to / sell\u2011with plan with partners.\n * Define and lead a global partner strategy that enhances sales capability and drives business growth.\n\n\n\nPartner Assurance\n\n * Improve partner operational efficiency by reducing friction in processes such as ticketing and customer support.\n * Define risk\u2011management plans to safeguard partnership performance.\n\n\n\nProduct\n\n * Support development of new propositions for both Vodafone and partners.\n * Drive market engagement for product launches and adoption.\n * Support RFIs / RFPs to assess partner capabilities and strategic fit.\n\n\n\nMarkets\n\n * Help define in\u2011market GTM strategies to enable strong joint sales motions, improve product profitability, and optimise incentives.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
