Due to a strong pipeline of new and exciting projects, they are looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading design work, mentoring junior staff, and shaping project delivery.

The Role:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to construction. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide creative engineering input into a wide variety of schemes – from bespoke residential refurbishments to large-scale mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the structural design and delivery of projects from concept to completion

Manage client relationships and contribute to project meetings

Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians

Coordinate with architects and other consultants

Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability goals

You’ll have:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng preferred)

Chartered or near-chartered status (ICE or IStructE)

At least 4 years of UK-based design experience

Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, ETABS, Revit)

Strong understanding of Eurocodes and UK Building Regulations

A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
