Senior Subcontractor Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity with a Housing organisation for a Senior Subcontractor Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based in the Richmond area and offers a great opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Job Title: Senior Subcontractor Coordinator

Salary: £38,445 per annum

Contract: Permanent role

Responsibilities of Senior Subcontractor Coordinator:

• Manage and coordinate subcontractor-delivered work across Responsive and Voids repairs.
• Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Monitor subcontractor performance using data reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, SLAs, and commercial agreements.
• Support delivery of site inductions, manage administrative teams, and lead on asbestos/fire risk works.

Requirements for Senior Subcontractor Coordinator:

• Previous experience in a social housing repairs/voids environment.
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and housing job management systems.
• Proven experience implementing service improvements and managing change.
• Ability to drive performance and maintain service excellence.
