Salary: £40,000-£44,000 + £2,400 travel allowance

NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

They are a well established IFA that are offering the chance to get a lot of support through continuous training opportunities. Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for supervising a caseload of carers within Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Assist in the training and development of foster carers

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• 2-3 years experience working in the fostering sector as a social worker
• Up to date with current legislation
